Construction Management
Thanks to our Construction Managers, who possess vast experience and multidisciplinary skills, over time we have developed Construction Management methods that allow us to respect the times and budgets agreed upon with the client and guarantee exceptionally high service quality standards in full compliance with safety, environmental sustainability and energy performance objectives.
In the Construction phase, we offer a service that is functional to the procurement strategies defined for each project, which can range from assigning works to a single General Contractor up to a series of separate contracts stipulated with specialised companies and suppliers.
Our staff has Construction Managers, Site Managers, Sector Specialists and Assistants capable of managing complex worksites and who operate on the basis of specific operating procedures that we have developed over years of experience.
For the modernisation, expansion or relocation of system sections, we can guarantee the presence of a multidisciplinary team on site.
Our staff are available to meet all of our Clients’ needs and provide assistance from the beginning of the project right up to its completion.
Commissioning
We provide assistance during commissioning and start-up, providing highly-qualified personnel with high-profile experience in terms of commissioning and start-up activities. Our personnel are able to identify and resolve potential problems, with particular attention to the quality of the actions to be taken in accordance with personnel and system safety.
