DESIGN OF A CIP-SIP SYSTEM INTERLOCKED WITH FILLING LINES FOR THE PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR

The need

This client, already a manufacturer of the machines in question, had only an incomplete series of 2D construction drawings available which slowed down the machine construction process as some pieces had to be made without a project. In the context of research and development of technology already present on the market, it was decided to carry out a conceptual upgrade, also by engineering from scratch components already in circulation with the aim of then producing them in-house. Nell’ambito di ricerca e sviluppo di una tecnologia già presente sul mercato, si è voluto effettuare un upgrade concettuale, anche attraverso la progettazione ex novo di componenti al tempo di commercio, con lo scopo di produrli internamente.

Our role

Our design team received the disassembled machine and, using our 3D scanning tools, we created the geometric relief of each individual component. Subsequently, 3D models were made from the scans and the various assemblies were created. Finally, all the construction drawings were drafted for optimised construction of the machine. Following this first step, the project was improved in order to guarantee the technological upgrade requested by the client.
